Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software components by adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Retail Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party systems.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
onfigure and support SAP MM Retail processes, including:
Procurement (PR, PO, scheduling agreements)
Inventory Management
Goods Receipt / Goods Issue
Stock transfers & movements
Handle retail-specific MM scenarios such as:
Article-based procurement
Store and distribution center (DC) operations
Vendor and site extensions
Retail Business Process Enablement
Translate retail business requirements into SAP MM functional solutions
Support business processes across:
Merchandise procurement
Store replenishment
Stock corrections and adjustments
Work closely with store operations, supply chain, and finance teams
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Supply Chain Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
