Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and supporting operational activities to maintain system reliability and performance. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to address any issues promptly and to facilitate seamless service delivery throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize operational workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and clear information exchange among diverse groups.
- Ability to analyze operational challenges and develop practical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Experience in managing service agreements and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies to maintain system stability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
