Summary:
As a Data Strategist, a typical day involves designing and executing comprehensive data strategies that enhance the organization s ability to manage, govern, and secure its information assets effectively. This role focuses on creating a unified data architecture that serves as a reliable source of truth, enabling seamless access and utilization of data across various departments. The position requires continuous collaboration with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, thereby supporting operational efficiency and fostering a competitive edge in the market. The Data Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping how data drives decision-making and business growth within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business objectives and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate data governance practices to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on data management best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and security.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data architecture and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work with data integration tools and platforms to consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with data privacy standards and practices to safeguard sensitive information.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
