Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals and operational workflows. Your role includes analyzing existing processes, proposing innovative application designs, and ensuring that the developed software effectively supports business objectives. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine requirements and contribute to the overall project planning and execution, fostering seamless integration of new applications within the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate application requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of design specifications to development teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance application functionality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment.
- Experience with integration of applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
