リスク・コンプライアンス管理 / 業務・コンプライアンス監査 - オペレーションズ コンサルティング本部
コンプライアンス監査の実施、改善提案を含む監査報告書の発行、必要に応じた改善サポートを行います。
お客様へサービスを提供するプロジェクトチームのリスクを軽減し、チームがお客様/外部監査に対応できるよう、効果的な管理方法を設計し提案します。
リスクを軽減するために必要な、チーム内の業務プロセス運用を監査・管理することも重要な仕事です。そのため、この業務に携わるメンバーは、汚職防止、事業継続管理、情報セキュリティに関するポリシー順守、文書管理、請負業者の管理等に関する深い理解が求められることもあります。
また、必要に応じて業務プロセスの有効性を検証し、改善を推進していくプロセスを確立する責任がありますので、当該活動へのサポートも重要な仕事の一つとなります。
◆応募要件
経験：監査業務のご経験を1年～5年程度お持ちの方
語学力：日本語上級、英語上級（英語面接有）

・ 相手にわかりやすく説明する能力
・ 精緻な分析能力
・ 優れた文章作成能力
・ 複数業務を並行実施できる能力
※ 財務・会計業務プロセスに関する知識を有することが好ましい
