You are:
You are an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer capable of building BI solutions to better understand business and enable leadership to make informed decisions. In addition to creating analytical tools and reporting, candidate is expected to provide thought leadership and business analysis support as needed.
The work:
The Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for the effectiveness and enablement of the sales methodology and sales and pricing services throughout the organization. The COE delivers services to portfolios primarily through the Sales Support teams made up of the Sales & Pricing Performance Business Partners, Analytics and Sales Operations.
This role is for an experienced Business Intelligence professional capable of managing and building BI, analytical and reporting tools, and providing business analytics support as needed.
You will:
- The Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics leads, data scientists and other data visualization experts to gather requirements and formulate business metrics for analytics and reporting
- Have a good eye for Data Visualization, Data Storytelling, and overall UI design, and will be responsible for creating quality visual narratives that effectively communicate
- Develop BI and analytics tools using Python
- Use Python to build automations for PBI
Here’s what you need:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent/master’s degree in Analytics/Technical field preferred
- 5 or more years’ experience with high level of curiosity and creativity and following knowledge & skills:
- A Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python working knowledge applied to BI
- Quality assurance/thoroughness and attention to details.
- Experience in Machine Learning Projects.
- Quality assurance/thoroughness and attention to details.
- Strong Oral & written communication in English.
- Understanding of UX/UI Design, Power BI, PowerApp, PowerAutomate, SQL,GCP, Azure Data Studio
Extra Credits if you have:
- Understanding of Accenture sales process and systems.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance or related fields.
- Project Management Experience.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
