Deal Structuring and Pricing Manager

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Modeling project costs, client pricing, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets using internal tools, and conducting related analyses to ensure the suitability of the future contract structure;
- Ensuring that the commitment is documented in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting standards;
- Conducting 360° analyses of the above elements to understand, quantify, and address risks and opportunities for the client, Accenture, and other stakeholders;
- Coordinating support from legal and tax teams to ensure the tax and contractual optimization of the transaction for both the client and Accenture;
- Preparing financial documentation and analyses to obtain approval from internal decision-making committees;
- Clearly presenting financial statements to influence the contract structure and negotiations with the client;
- Alerting management to unattractive or risky contracts and proposing areas for improvement to facilitate the successful completion of the transaction.

Your profile:
- You hold a master's degree (or equivalent) with a specialization in corporate finance or a similar background.
- You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- You possess excellent financial modeling skills (primarily in Excel).
- You are known for your reliability, analytical and summarization skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- You are fluent in English. Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, as well as time management skills.
- Fluency in Dutch is an asset.
