Job Summary:
As a Strategic Programs Manager, you will be a part of the Enterprise Value Office (EVO), office of COO and driving value realization across strategic initiatives and transformation programs. Your typical day will involve partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure investments translate into measurable business outcomes, combining financial rigor with strategic insight to shape investment decisions and organizational priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide value realization frameworks.
- Own end-to-end benefits tracking, ROI validation, and value governance.
- Partner with CXOs and business leaders to shape investment decisions and strategic priorities.
- Drive portfolio-level insights, linking initiatives to financial and operational outcomes.
- Establish and enforce governance rhythms including value reviews and steering forums.
- Build and lead high-performing teams or act as a senior individual contributor influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Identify risks to value delivery and proactively course-correct programs.
- Translate complex data into executive-level storytelling and decision support.
- Champion a value-driven culture across transformation programs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in strategy, business case development, financial modeling, and value realization.
- Strong expertise in enterprise portfolio management, PMO, or transformation office operations.
- Proven experience working with senior executives at VP/CXO level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
- Good to Have: Experience in digital transformation, cost optimization, or growth programs.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and advanced analytics.

Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, finance, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable impact through strategic programs and transformation initiatives.
- Prior experience in an Enterprise Value Office, Transformation Office, or Strategy Office is highly preferred.
- This position is based at our Gurgaon or Bangalore office.
Experience: Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent experience
