Change and Training Analyst
As part of the Change Management team, you will support the successful rollout of a large-scale Finance SAP implementation across multiple healthcare institutions. This role focuses on the people side of transformation—ensuring end users are prepared, informed, and confident in adopting new systems and ways of working. You will play a key role in delivering structured training and supporting change activities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials (e.g., presentations, user guides, e-learning) in collaboration with functional teams
• Facilitate validation sessions with stakeholders to review and finalize training content
• Deliver training sessions such as Train-the-Trainer workshops, briefings, and system walkthroughs across different formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, and material preparation
• Support change impact assessments to identify affected user groups and required interventions
• Translate business and process changes into clear training requirements and learning content
• Design engaging communication materials to support change adoption and awareness
• Track action items, support reporting, and coordinate activities across change and training workstreams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in change management, training, learning and development, or transformation projects
• Experience developing training materials and delivering facilitation sessions
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Exposure to ERP or system implementation projects
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with instructional design principles or e-learning development tools
