Responsibilities:
Laptop troubleshooting
Inventory Management
Customer handling
People Management
Troubleshooting and enterprise end-user support experience
Experienced in Windows 11 upgrades, IMACD, hardware maintenance, and image management
Windows EUC patching via BigFix.
customer satisfaction, team leadership, and service desk performance improvement.
Audio, Video troubleshooting
Active Directory, Remote Desktop
Troubleshooting Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Windows OS, M365, BigFix 8. Outlook, MS TEAMS
This role is 100% onsite
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience
