Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of workstreams or projects, ensuring successful outcomes that are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in delivery practices. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of workstreams or projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop and manage delivery plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams.

Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery performance and outcomes.

Coordinate and collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting mechanisms, and cadence to ensure transparency and accountability.

Proactively identify delivery risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Support resource planning, onboarding, and capacity management across delivery teams to ensure optimal performance.

Track progress against milestones and provide clear, concise status updates to senior stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, ways of working, and team performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or similar roles.

Proven experience in delivering technology or transformation initiatives.

Strong ability to manage complex schedules, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders effectively.

Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

In-depth understanding of delivery governance, reporting, and risk management practices.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional and multi-vendor teams.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
