JOB SUMMARY: Manages the IT Operations and the delivery of IT services for Philippines Deliver Center, Indonesia Delivery Center, Malaysia Delivery Center, Thailand Delivery Center, Vietnam Delivery Center, and Singapore Delivery Center. Thus, ensuring that day-to-day activities of the IT Operations teams are performed based on Operational Level Agreement (OLA).s and objectives.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

1. Must at least have a bachelor’s degree.

Preferably graduate of engineering course, in any of the following discipline:

1) Electronics and Communications Engineering

2) Computer Engineering

2. Or a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least four (4) years experience in managing an IT Service Support Team, or at least on the same capacity.

2. Must have at least two (2) years experience in an IT-related capacity.

1) Basic to Intermediate skills in Server/Network/Voice administration, operations & maintenance troubleshooting

2) PC hardware troubleshooting

3) Must have good command of English (oral and written communication), and effective presentation skills.

3. Solid background in Service Support, Service Delivery, IT Service Management, IT Operations.

4. Knowledgeable in the following standards: ISO 20000, ISO 27001; ISO 22301; CMMi for Services

5. Project, Program and Service Management Skills will be an advantage.

6. At least ITIL v4 Foundation certified. Other industry certifications will be an advantage but not required.
