THE WORK: Join us in creating exceptional service experiences! You will have the opportunity to perform independently and become a subject matter expert while actively participating in discussions and contributing to solutions for work-related challenges. Your expertise in Service Desk Management will be invaluable as you engage with various stakeholders. We are excited to see how your contributions will enhance our operations and support our mission. Monitor and ensure the availability of production systems in alignment with defined service level agreements. Drive the resolution of incidents and outages, ensuring effective communication throughout the process. Facilitate the restoration of services to the production environment, maintaining a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Establish and uphold disaster recovery procedures while ensuring data retention practices are followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Management. Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. A minimum of 7+ year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced proficiency in Customer Relationship Management. Intermediate proficiency in Incident Management. Intermediate proficiency in Problem Management. Intermediate proficiency in Change Management. Advanced proficiency in Technical Support.
