- Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration processes.
- Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents.
- Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.
- Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols and service agreements.

- Expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting.
- Advanced proficiency in Engineering Support.
- It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
