Management Level: 8- Associate Manager - AI Trainer Location: Hyderabad (Open to traveling to client locations for training delivery) Must have skills: Strong Understanding & Training exp on AI/ML Concepts, Gen AI Tools & Techniques, Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow), Prompt Engineering & LLM Fine-tuning, Knowledge of Agentic AI Concepts, Curriculum Design & Instructional Delivery, Effective Communication & Presentation Skills, client facing role with an MNC/consulting firm, capability to interact with C-suite level- 5 years if Relevant Experience Good to have skills: Exposure to Multi-Agent Systems, Real-world AI Project Deployment, Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure for AI), Knowledge of MLOps, Certification (e.g., DeepLearning.ai, Google AI, Microsoft AI) Experience: 8-12 yrs of experience is required Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science Job Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer to deliver impactful training sessions in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Data Science. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a passion for teaching and mentoring, enabling professionals to acquire future-ready AI skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct hands-on training sessions in AI, ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Develop and maintain engaging training materials, labs, and real-world case studies. Mentor learners and provide post-training support for query resolution. Customize training programs to meet specific client and business requirements. Collect learner feedback and recommend improvements to training delivery. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s/master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field. 8-12 years of professional experience in AI/ML/GenAI, with prior experience in training or mentoring. Prior EdTech experience is required- Good to have Proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models), and Agentic AI workflows. Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deploying GenAI models. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML/GenAI workflows. Relevant industry certifications in AI/ML/GenAI/Data Science. Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and deploying generative/agentic AI solutions in production environments. Exposure business-focused AI applications and Agile methodologies.
