Good to have skills: Leadership, Experience in EdTech Operations, Knowledge of Instructional Design & Learning Pedagogy Experience: 4+ years of experience is required Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred) Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst - Program Management to support the planning, execution, and delivery of learning programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program operations, high participant engagement, and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
