Infra Tech Support Practitioner | Fixed-Term 12 Months
THE WORK
You will actively contribute to IT Infrastructure Operations while developing deep expertise in your area. This is a fixed-term role for a duration of 12 months, offering the opportunity to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in discussions to deliver effective, reliable solutions. You will operate in a dynamic production environment, focused on availability, stability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Ensure production systems are available and operating in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Drive incident and outage resolution, ensuring timely restoration of services and clear communication with stakeholders.
Facilitate rapid and efficient recovery of production environments during incidents.
Establish, maintain, and test disaster recovery procedures to protect critical business operations.
Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify potential risks or issues.
Maintain data retention practices in line with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure design and operational improvements.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations or related roles.
Expert proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Design.
Solid understanding of production environments and operational support processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).
Nice to Have
Advanced proficiency in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning.
Intermediate proficiency in Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
Intermediate proficiency in Network Security.
Advanced proficiency in Systems Monitoring.
Intermediate proficiency in Incident Management.
