Key Responsibilities:
Implementation, configuration, and support of call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions for the client.
Hands-on engineering, vendor coordination, testing, performance support, and postproduction stabilization.
Participate in performance testing and tuning activities to ensure application stability and scalability
NOTE: Role requires 60% onsite client work in Pennington NJ; Charlotte NC; or Addison, TX and client mandated time away, 5 days per quarter.
Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Call Recording and Speech Analytics

10+ years of overall IT experience

Bachelor's degree
