Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Developer to support the Enterprise Workflow (EWF) platform within a shared services environment. The role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining workflow and case management applications using BPM and FileNet technologies. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Java-based development and database systems, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain workflow and case management applications using BPM/Case Manager and FileNet
- Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to implement system enhancements
- Write, test, and debug code using Java, SQL, and JavaScript (Dojo)
- Support integration between workflow systems and backend databases (Oracle)
- Assist in troubleshooting application issues and provide timely fixes
- Participate in system testing, deployment, and documentation activities
- Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards
- Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing applications
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development
- Basic knowledge of BPM/Case Manager and FileNet (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Java and SQL
- Familiarity with JavaScript, particularly Dojo framework
- Experience working with Oracle databases
- Understanding of application development in open systems environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
