Quality Auditing Representative
工作内容：
1.根据SLA对每个销售人员/TL进行质量评估
2.解释和执行质量保证标准
3.根据与客户达成的协议跟踪、测量和报告指标
4.参加并组织校准会议
5.通过审计分析数据并确定趋势、行为和需要改进的领域
6.跟踪和跟进销售整改情况，尤其是异常情况
7.召开校准会议和团队会议，重点关注质量
8.与培训部门合作，确定团队/代理商的机会并进行趋势分析，以帮助确定需要改进的培训解决方案
基本资格
- 至少拥有任何领域的学士/大学学位。
- 至少2年的工作经验，1年以上数字营销、互联网广告销售、客户成功（Customer Success）或企业级账户管理（Account Management）经验。
- 有广告投放经验。
- 有明确的销售导向（Sales-driven）或绩效导向意识，对“目标达成（KPIs）”、“赢单率（Win rate）”和“销售提成/激励”有强烈的渴望。
- 对工作流程、工具和销售有深入了解
- 在不断变化的日程安排中接受工作
- 出色的商务沟通和谈判技巧，能够与 SMB（中小企业）主或市场负责人进行平等、专业的策略对话。
- 英语读写熟练， 有CET - 4证书
