Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Neoxam Developer (L2) with 3–5 years of experience to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of market data solutions within the GM Derivatives domain. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL programming skills, knowledge of market data and risk concepts, and exposure to NeoXam DataHub or other market data platforms. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance data solutions using SQL for market data processing.
Support the implementation and maintenance of NeoXam DataHub and related market data applications.
Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases and stored procedures.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of market data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and production support.
Investigate and resolve production issues related to market data and risk systems.
Participate in system testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
Follow development best practices, coding standards, and change management processes.
Required Skills:
3–5 years of experience in application or database development.
Strong proficiency in SQL Programming (Mandatory).
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
Familiarity with Windows Server 2012 environment.
Strong understanding of Market Data and Risk domain concepts (Mandatory).
Knowledge of derivatives and financial markets.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with NeoXam DataHub or other NeoXam Market Data products.
Exposure to investment banking or capital markets environments.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems.
