What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation The activity of building professional looking, powerful reports on the Web or on a LAN network to help run a business more efficiently and provide ongoing insight to optimize the business decision making process.
What are we looking for? •JavaScript •MySQL •Problem-solving skills •Ability to establish strong client relationship •Hands-on experience with trouble-shooting •Written and verbal communication •Microsoft Azure DevOps •Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience (adjust as needed). • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C# , JavaScript, TypeScript). • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) or backend frameworks (.NET, Spring Boot, Node.js). • Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB). • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
