Responsibilities include compliance analysis, process reviews, fostering governance, cross-functional coordination, and project participation. Objectives cover processing time, accuracy, SLA adherence, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and contributing to insights and Role overview CL11 Audit Analyst auditing interactions and identifying process improvements.
