What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Team Leader to manage and guide a team of recruiters responsible for end-to-end hiring across global markets. The role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, experience working with international stakeholders, and the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed global organization. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on recruitment expertise with people leadership, ensuring high-quality hiring delivery while coaching and developing the recruitment team. Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce. Developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified people, building a list of potential candidates & generating market intelligence insights in order to fill a job opening.
What are we looking for? • 6–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment. • Proven team management experience leading and mentoring recruiters. • Experience hiring for global or international markets, preferably supporting North America or international stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively in North America shifts and collaborate with geographically distributed teams. • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working in matrix organizations. • Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices. • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. •Client Communication •Delivery Excellence •Microsoft PowerPoint
Roles and Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Delivery • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions. • Drive team performance through clear goals, regular coaching, and performance tracking. • Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance. • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. End-to-End Talent Acquisition • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including requisition intake, sourcing strategy, screening, stakeholder management, offer management, and onboarding coordination. • Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring strategies. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Global Stakeholder Management • Work closely with global hiring managers and HR partners across regions. • Operate effectively within a matrix organizational structure, balancing multiple stakeholder priorities. • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights. Recruitment Strategy & Market Intelligence • Implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and talent communities. • Provide insights into talent market trends, competitor intelligence, and hiring challenges to stakeholders. • Continuously improve hiring processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation. Process Excellence & Reporting • Ensure accurate use of ATS and recruitment tools for tracking and reporting. • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health. • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and team productivity.
