Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves closely examining current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This role requires working alongside various business users to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs thoroughly. Continuous engagement with stakeholders ensures that feedback is collected and integrated, allowing for ongoing process optimization. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance overall business performance.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and their integration within business processes.
- Experience in designing and documenting business workflows and process models.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
