Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to provide expert consulting on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The advisor also focuses on developing and deploying innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to driving impactful technology initiatives within the enterprise environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Order Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess technology platforms and identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing technology assets tailored to industry or function-specific needs.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus in collaborative environments.
- Skilled in evaluating technology costs and recommending value-driven solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Order Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
