Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, and managing the flow of information between teams. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and function seamlessly within the intended environment. Continuous collaboration and leadership are key aspects throughout the workday to drive successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
