Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement of the software solutions, while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications and decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Angular.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Spring Boot, Angular.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
