Project Role Description : Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, offering strategic advice and support to enhance the overall effectiveness of the information technology function. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals and contribute to continuous improvement within the IT environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong understanding of master data management principles and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex data governance challenges and design effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
