Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended business requirements. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the team and maintain alignment with project goals, while continuously adapting to evolving needs and challenges throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and application performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ivalua.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to enterprise applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Ivalua.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
