Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves analyzing current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. Additionally, the role includes designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection, enabling ongoing process refinement and adaptation to changing business environments. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on driving operational excellence through thoughtful process design.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process improvements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business process workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with process automation and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
