As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed effectively support organizational goals. Your role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding complex requirements and translating them into functional software components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the business environment. Throughout the day, you balance technical development with strategic planning to deliver applications that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives and technical standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure quality deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and transportation logistics.
- Experience in configuring and customizing transportation management systems to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect transportation management applications with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
