Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous communication, and overseeing the integration of different components to deliver a cohesive software solution. The engineer acts as the central liaison, managing priorities and driving the project forward with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions using Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within software development projects.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate various software components.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices related to Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
