Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with clients to provide expert consulting services on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising organizations on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with market-leading practices and client objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver strategic guidance is a key aspect of the daily workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and tailor platform strategies accordingly.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on platform-related challenges.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative approaches for enterprise platform adoption.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and enterprise platform architectures.
- Experience in evaluating and recommending technology platforms based on business needs and cost considerations.
- Ability to develop and implement technology assets that address industry-specific challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
