Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day typically involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders, translating those needs into functional solutions, and ensuring that the applications developed support the overall objectives of the organization. Collaboration with team members and continuous refinement of application features to enhance performance and usability are integral parts of your daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- Document application design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Integration.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to financial systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end financial integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within integration workflows.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and debugging integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Financial Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
