Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
Serve as the hands-on L2/L3 engineer for incident resolution, defect fixes, data workflows, and automation within Petro-Technical applications contribute to reliability, performance, and secure operations
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting & Fixes: Diagnose production issues across PI/SCADA data flows, Petrel/OpenWorks integrations, WellView jobs, and custom services implement durable fixes.
2. Observability & RCA: Build/maintain monitors (logs, traces, metrics), capture RCA, and add guardrails/self-healing for recurrent patterns.
Data Ops for GGRE/Wells: Create/maintain ETL/ELT for seismic/well data, enforce naming/QC rules, and support model/forecast refresh cycles.
3. Automation & DevOps: Automate deployment of Petrel plug-ins/PI connectors, configuration as code, and blue/green or rollback scripts aligned to CAB decisions.
4. Security & Compliance: Implement access controls/segmentation for IT-OT paths remediate vulnerabilities in connectors and app services.
5. Documentation & KT: Update runbooks, KB articles, and hand-offs participate in wave-based KT and mock on-call exercises.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. 4–8 years in application maintenance or SRE with at least one Petro-Tech stack:
2. Ops/Production: AVEVA PI (PI Interface/AF/SDK), SCADA gateways, historian data pipelines.
3. GGRE: Petrel/OpenWorks/Eclipse data flows, Ocean SDK basics, subsurface project standards.
4. Wells: WellView/rig data integrations, drilling/completions workflow support.
5. Solid ITIL operations, scripting (Python/PowerShell/SQL), and CI/CD familiarity for packaging/deployments.
6. Good to have Experience with AIOps tools, containerization, and cloud landing zones OT security exposure, include experience in Database,SQL, Power automate, certifications for PL-900, PL-500, AZ-900, DP-900,DP-700, AWS: CLF-C02, SAA-C03
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oil and Gas Upstream.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
