As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with clients to provide expert consulting services on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising organizations on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align technology strategies with business goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and technology adoption.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform advisory services.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex enterprise challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and business value to diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing technology platform evaluations and cost optimization strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets that drive business transformation.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration across multiple organizational levels.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Life Sciences Industry.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
