Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and creatively developing solutions that integrate seamlessly within the existing environment. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals is a key part of the daily routine, along with continuous refinement and adaptation of software components to enhance overall functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within Veeva Vault.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise software environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
