Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires defining high-level customer requirements and designing the necessary business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Capability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions to gather and validate business requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
