Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves developing meaningful business insights through the application of predictive statistical modeling. The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to enhance decision-making processes by examining client data, market trends, and key performance indicators. This position demands a thoughtful approach to interpreting complex datasets and transforming them into actionable strategies that support organizational goals and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within analytics projects.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard creation to effectively communicate insights.
- Experience in handling large datasets and transforming raw data into meaningful visual reports.
- Ability to integrate Tableau with various data sources and platforms for seamless analytics workflows.
- Knowledge of best practices in data storytelling to support business decision-making.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of Tableau dashboards for enhanced user experience.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
