Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, documenting technical designs and specifications is a key part of the daily routine. Continuous research to integrate the latest content and features into websites is also essential, ensuring that the web presence remains current and engaging for users. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align web functionalities with project goals is a regular activity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Hadoop Administration, Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
