Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary: As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants. You will engage in validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops, which will inform timely direction changes and enhance the overall product experience. Your role will be pivotal in aligning the product strategy with customer expectations and market demands, fostering an environment of innovation and responsiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and drive product innovation. - Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Familiarity with user experience design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Software Product Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
