Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition into cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align security architecture with evolving business strategies and regulatory requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Strong expertise in cloud security frameworks and architecture design.
- Experience in documenting and implementing cloud security controls and operational transitions.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
