Summary:
We are looking for an Associate Manager Ping Identity to lead and support enterprise Access Management and Federation services using Ping Identity products. The role combines hands-on technical expertise, service delivery ownership, and team coordination, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant IAM operations across on-prem and cloud environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ping Identity Service Leadership
-Lead day to day operations for Ping Identity platforms, including:
-PingFederate, PingAccess
-PingOne (SSO, MFA)
-Act as an escalation point for complex authentication, federation, and access issues.
-Ensure platform availability, stability, and performance.
-Access Management & Federation
-Design and support SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML integrations.
-Manage authentication policies, MFA configurations, and adaptive access controls.
-Support workforce and customer IAM use cases.
-Service Delivery & Operations
-Own IAM service delivery aligned with SLAs, OLAs, and operational KPIs.
-Lead incident, problem, and change management for Ping services.
-Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams.
-Team & Stakeholder Management
-Guide and mentor a team of IAM engineers and analysts.
-Support onboarding, training, and performance management.
-Engage with business stakeholders, application owners, and security leadership.
-Security, Risk & Compliance
-Ensure IAM controls align with organizational security standards and policies.
-Support audits, compliance reviews, and access certifications.
-Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
-Continuous Improvement
-Drive automation and optimization of Ping Identity operations.
-Support platform upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption.
-Evaluate new Ping features and roadmap enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in IAM / Access Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne.
- Solid understanding of federation standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
-Experience in production IAM support and service delivery.
-Experience integrating Ping with Entra ID, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
-Exposure to CIAM implementations.
-Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
-Ping Identity or IAM certifications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10 plus years of experience in Ping Identity.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
