Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the accuracy and integrity of testing through the implementation of advanced tools and methodologies. Your role involves driving innovation in testing by adopting predictive and intelligent automation strategies, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle. You collaborate with various teams to embed efficient quality controls and foster an environment where testing is proactive, streamlined, and aligned with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence in automation testing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality objectives and continuous improvement.
- Drive the development and implementation of best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages relevant to automation.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation tools and processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SnapLogic.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
