Summary:
As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, documenting the implementation of cloud security controls, and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in discussions to refine security strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards, while also addressing any emerging security challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Lead delivery planning, execution, and reporting across WIAM initiatives (MFA, IDV, IGA, AD, PAM).
- Manage cross team dependencies involving federated technology and business groups with varying maturity levels.
- Drive progress across complex remediation and uplift workstreams (NPA lifecycle, AD findings, credential remediation).
- Ensure risks, issues, and approval bottlenecks are actively tracked and resolved.
- Coordinate technical SMEs, engineers, BA/architects, control operators, and operations teams.
- Maintain executive ready reporting, dashboards, and status tracking.
- Oversee governance interactions, ensuring alignment with security, CCO, 2LOD, and programme boards.
- Support readiness, testing, deployment, and transition into BAU.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Proven experience leading large scale IAM programmes.
- Deep understanding of Authentication, MFA, IGA, AD, PAM, and identity lifecycle processes
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
- Excellent communication across technical and non technical stakeholder groups.
- Experience coordinating delivery across distributed teams (India/UK/US).
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
