As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with various teams to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessments and certification questions, ensuring that the training provided is relevant and impactful. Your contributions will help shape the future of technology education and empower individuals to thrive in their careers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of participants.
- Continuously assess and improve training materials to ensure they meet industry standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
