Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive testing frameworks that span the entire software development lifecycle. This role focuses on creating innovative testing solutions and architectures that enhance product quality and reliability. The position requires providing strategic guidance and technical leadership to ensure that quality engineering practices align with organizational goals and industry standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate new testing methodologies and tools is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the quality engineering domain.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality engineering strategies that support business objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with performance and load testing techniques to ensure system scalability.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective quality assurance strategies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to streamline testing workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
