Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to CRM data.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
