Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will be pivotal in driving innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and business acumen to enhance delivery engagements, ensuring that both Accenture and client strategies are aligned with emerging ideas and market trends. Your role will also include fostering trusted advisor relationships, contributing to discussions that shape the future of technology delivery, and enhancing Accenture's reputation in the marketplace.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
